We’ve spoken about the Kingshill Experience here on the blog before, but we thought it would be great to get it from a client’s perspective.
We know that coming somewhere new can be a little daunting, never mind throwing in the element of coming along with a brand new baby.
Colleen and David visited us recently with their precious baby, Astrid, and kindly shared these words for us to share with you. Still thinking about coming along to us? Read on to hear why your experience with us is second-to-none.
Firstly, where did you hear about Kingshill Studios?
Kingshill studios was recommended by a family member who had used Susan previously for their first two baby photo shoots. They had subsequently used a different studio for their third child and regretted it due to the quality if pictures and overall experience not being as good.
During your session, how did you feel?
We really were not looking forward to the session due to our daughter being really unsettled with colic and reflux. Susan quickly put us at ease and we felt so relaxed during the whole session and she was just brilliant at calming and settling our wee one.
What was your favourite part of the experience?
Seeing Susan use all the different posing techniques and colour themes she was able to set up. Also, seeing how good she was with Astrid.
What made Kingshill Studios go above and beyond?
Susan contacted us before the session to discuss colour schemes and explain how the session would work and completely put us at ease. She is so patient and talented. We absolutely loved our photos and enjoyed coming back to view them before we ordered and appreciate the advice and guidance around different print forma and sizes. The video montage of our pictures was a lovely touch too. It made me cry it was so beautiful.
We will absolutely use Kingshill Studios again.
