MATERNITY PORTRAIT SESSIONS
Your pregnancy is an incredibly special time, and one that many women choose to preserve in beautiful maternity portraits. Arranged for some time in your final trimester – usually between months seven and eight of pregnancy - they are dedicated to making you look and feel incredible.
As mothers ourselves, Carla and I know the joys of pregnancy and motherhood. We understand how excited you are, and we know that you simply cannot wait to see your precious new baby for the first time. Those nine months of waiting can feel like forever, can’t they?
We also recognise that you may feel nervous about being photographed. But please be assured that even if you are not feeling as elegant as you’d like, we guarantee that we’ll capture flattering photos of you and your growing baby bump in all its glory during your maternity photoshoot!
We adore helping mums-to-be, like you, to take some time out just for yourself in the weeks before your baby arrives. Your maternity shoot is exactly that – a chance to relax and enjoy a moment to celebrate your pregnancy and the exciting journey ahead of you!
The aim of the session is to make a beautiful set of pregnancy pictures for you to cherish forever. In the months and years after your pregnancy, we’re confident that you’ll consider your pregnancy photos a precious memento and a beautiful record of a relatively brief, but oh so special, moment in your life.
OUR PREGNANCY PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES
Our Mini Maternity Sessions are £395 and take place inside the studio, lasting around 30 minutes. They include five images from your maternity session as digital portraits. Ideal for printing, sharing and enlarging.
Our Full Maternity Sessions are £595 and take place both indoors and outdoors. Partners and children can come along to this session too. These last around 45 minutes and include all of the gallery images (approx. 15 images) from your maternity session as digital portraits. Idea for printing, sharing and enlarging.
What’s your style?
For the indoor part of your session, we’ll ask you to select where you’d like a pure style set, or a boho style set.
HOW TO BOOK
Early booking for our maternity photography sessions is advised. Please note a £50 session fee is required at the time of booking and is deducted from your total. Email info@susanrenee.co.uk or go to Book Now on the navigation bar.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR MATERNITY PHOTO SESSION
Please come to your maternity shoot with hair and makeup already done. If you have long hair, please have it wavy, if possible.
Please wear nude coloured underwear, and bring along a black bra and a white bra. But don’t wear a bra or at least a tight bra in the morning of the shoot so that there are no lines on your skin (it sounds silly, but it makes a difference :) Please bring along any dresses you have that you’d like to wear (green works well outdoors). We also have some for you to try here in the studio.
