FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

To book your session:

All clients attend a free no-obligation design consultation where we’ll get the chance to meet in person at the photography studio and together we’ll plan out your session. This is an ideal time to discuss everything and to answer any questions you may have.  

Payment of the session fee is due to book your session (please contact us for current session fees and availability). Once your session is booked, we’ll confirm everything, and then keep in touch to ensure you are fully prepared.

Payment:

Due to the individual nature of our products, please be aware that we require payment in full when the order is placed. We accept cash and most credit/debit cards.

Timescale:

Your images will be ready for viewing within, approximately, 3 weeks after the shoot. We'll be in touch then to arrange a viewing appointment. Please allow 6 weeks for printing and framing on completion of your order.

Viewing Appointment:

This is often one of the favourite sessions of all and where your favourite portraits are chosen. Most people find it impossible to choose just one image, and end up purchasing the entire gallery. Decisions on what you are going to buy have to be made at this appointment, and payment is due on the day.

Additional Viewing Appointments:

Extra Viewing Appointments are charged at £50.
